Nuraniya Exchange & Return Policy
At Nuraniya, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. Currently, we do not offer an exchange or return policy for international orders. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer care department for further assistance.
To expedite the resolution of your issue, please follow the steps below:
Before Opening Your Order:
Take pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order. Keep these images with you until you have confirmed that your entire order is intact and accurate.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect article, we will issue a coupon of the same value that will be valid for use on our online store only. We will work swiftly to resolve your issue to the best of our abilities.

For issues related to damaged or incorrect deliveries, please email us at care@nuraniya.pk and provide the following details for further evaluation:
- Order Number
- Clear images of the delivered article(s) showing the visible issue
Please note that Nuraniya and 2Checkout (PayPal, AMEX, Discover) reserve the right to refuse compensation or refund for damaged articles if this information is not provided.
Important Terms:
No Cancellations or Edits After Dispatch:
Orders that have been dispatched or processed cannot be canceled or edited.
Quality Issues Identified During Dispatch:
In the event a quality issue is identified while preparing your order for dispatch, Nuraniya will remove the concerned item or items from your original order. Refunds will be processed only for the item(s) excluded from the order, not for the entire order value.
Customer Refusal at Delivery:
If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, Nuraniya is not liable to refund or compensate for the order amount.
Customs and Duties:
If the parcel is held by the customs department of the shipping country, the customer is responsible for providing all relevant and required documentation to the authorities. Nuraniya is not liable to refund the amount if the parcel is not cleared by customs.
