At Nuraniya, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including prompt and reliable delivery of your orders. Please review the following details regarding our shipping policies.
Domestic Shipping
- Free Shipping: We offer free nationwide shipping on all orders over PKR 5,000.
- Standard Shipping: For orders below PKR 5,000, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
- Delivery Timeframe: We strive to deliver your order within 48 to 72 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination and any unforeseen delays with our courier partners.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 5 PM PST on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details to keep you informed of your package's progress.
Delivery Locations
We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. If your delivery address is in a remote area, please allow additional time for delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery on our courier partner’s website.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to ensure timely delivery of all orders, unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. Should your delivery be delayed, our customer care team will proactively keep you informed and assist in resolving any issues.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing your order. If you provide an incorrect address or contact information, delivery may be delayed or fail. Nuraniya is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Order Acceptance
Upon delivery, please inspect your package to ensure all items are received in good condition. If you notice any damage or missing items, please contact our customer service team at care@nuraniya.pk immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.
