ORDERS & PAYMENT

When you place an order on nuraniya.pk, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase information. All prices listed on the website are in PKR. We reserve the right to change the prices of products at any time without prior notice.

We accept a variety of payment methods including major credit/debit cards. Once your payment is processed and approved, you will receive an email confirming your order. If there are any issues with payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Free Shipping: We offer free nationwide shipping on orders over PKR 5,000/-.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 48-72 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and unforeseen circumstances.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact care@nuraniya.pk, and we will do our best to assist you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information on how to return items and the eligibility for refunds or exchanges. We do not currently offer international returns or exchanges. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact care@nuraniya.pk with your order details, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to display current and accurate stock availability. However, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product, reject orders, or cancel orders already placed. All descriptions and prices of products are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
